Pilates for Strength, Bones and Balance

  • A circuit style class using the Pilates equipment, weights, bands and mat.

    A circuit-style class, combining the precision and control of Pilates with exercises designed to enhance bone health, improve balance, and build functional strength. Starting each session with a mat-based warm-up, we will move through stations using the Pilates equipment including the Reformer, Wunda chair, Cadillac, weights, bands and more. You’ll experience structured, purposeful training in a supportive small group of up to 6 people.

    This class is perfect for those looking to maintain or improve bone health, enhance stability, and build lean muscle mass.

    Modifications are offered to accommodate different fitness levels. Expect to leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and energised.
